At REI America, our turnkey homes are newly constructed or freshly renovated homes that we provide with tenant placement and property management services ready for you—so you can invest passively from day one and take the guesswork out of who to call or how to rent the property yourself for the highest returns.
Can I finance a turnkey property?
Absolutely. We work with investor-friendly lenders and can help you secure financing that fits your needs. Many of our clients use conventional loans, DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio) loans, or private funding. We don’t provide in house financing or seller financing however.
How do I get started with purchasing a turnkey property?
